More than half of our clients are subsidiaries of multi-national corporation located around Tokyo. Worked for Mercer Japan Ltd. for 11 years after 9 years’ service at business corporation of retail sector in Japan.2001～2004：
Mainly served as a labor and benefit consultant for foreign companies in Tokyo and middle to small size Japanese companies.
2005～2012：
In addition to the above, served as a C&B consultant including M&A associated services for clients of various industries, sizes and capitals.

Established M&A HR Solutions, a certified labor consultant office Entered into business partnership agreement with global HR consulting firm
